RE: draft 3 of WS-Eventing state tables

Ram/Gil,
- I'd like to see an End state otherwise it appears that you can recreate 
a Subscription after its been terminated - especially since the source and 
mgr concepts are merged.
- Entries with things like "Send appropriate fault including 
UnknownSubscription fault" seem to imply there's confusion as to what to 
send.  Why not just list "UnknownSubscription fault"?
- Sink table: the "None" entry has an if-stmt based on a trigger - split 
first row into two - sending Subscribe and Receiving SubscribeResponse.
- Same for other ops - the receipt of the xxxResponse messages should be 
triggers

Can we take the first columns from Gil's tables and merge them with the 
columns and extra info that Ram has?  I think the triggers in Gil's table 
are more intuitive.
