Also, it suggests, incorrectly, that it is the XML 1.0 namespace, not the WS-Policy 1.5 namespace URI. Justification: see above Type: editorial Proposal: In section 2.3 change: A normative XML Schema [XML Schema Structures, XML Schema Datatypes] document can be obtained by dereferencing the XML namespace URI. To: A normative XML Schema [XML Schema Structures, XML Schema Datatypes] document can be obtained indirectly by dereferencing the RDDL document at the WS-Policy 1.5 namespace URI.
