Raising WS-Policy issues

>[NEW] ACTION: Paul to start the thread on the current policy

   proposal [recorded in

This action item was aimed at pointing out that the WS-Policy public
home page includes a suggestion on how to raise new WS-Policy issues
[1]:

Issues

New issue proposals can be made on the public mailing list
<http://www.w3.org/2002/ws/policy/#lists#lists> ; please use a subject
header in the form "NEW ISSUE: title". Issue proposals must include the
following information:

*	Title - A short descriptive name for the issue
*	Description - A longer and complete description of the issue,
state in terms of the documents
*	Justification - Why is this an issue? E.g., state an
architectural concern, demonstrate an interop problem, explain a use
case that isn't met
*	Target - What deliverable the issue is against (framework |
attachment)
*	Proposal - A reasonably complete proposal for how the issue
should be addressed.

It is also appreciated if the proposed solution comes with test cases.

I encourage WG members to use this suggested format for new issues as we
move forward.

If you have suggestions for improving this new issue proposal then
please use this thread to make your suggested changes.
