Asir is to generate the diffs tonight and I'll send mail to the WG 
tomorrow if we're all set.
I haven't done this  before so if someone has a cheat sheet it would be 
great. 

Do I have to do anything more than include references to the diffs and the 
point to the latest version? and what do
you point to? In previous mail I've seen a link like
