Guidelines.xml not Valid

Folks,

 

I was trying to make some minor changes to the guidelines document to
wind up my AI and just realized the guidelines.xml is not valid any
more:

 

Severity and Description Path     Resource          Location
Creation Time    Id

An element with the identifier "bp-nesting" must appear in the document.
policy    ws-policy-guidelines.xml 

 

I am not sure where the problem is. Does anyone know what could be
causing the error?
