Hello policy editors, You might be surprised why links like http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/~checkout~/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-framework.html are since recently being redirected to http://dev.w3.org/2006/ws/policy/ws-policy-framework.html the reason is that to reduce cp cycles, static versions of the resources are now being kept up to date, and latest version links are redirected.
