At the Sonic F2F, for issue 3792 [1], the WG decided to retain Section 4.4.8 'Versioning Policy Language' in the Primer. I note that Sections 5.3.1, 5.3.2 and 5.3.3 [2] in the checked in version of the Guidelines XML document are a copy of Section 4.4.8 'Versioning Policy Language' in the Primer. Should Section 4.4.8 'Versioning Policy Language' in the Primer be moved to the Guidelines document? Should the WG re-consider Section 4.4.8 in the Primer? Is there a reason why the HTML version of the Guidelines document wasn't checked in?
