This is a purely editorial comment.

In Part 2, section 6.10.3 XML Representation, defaultTransferCoding
should be transferCodingDefault.

Also:

  The XML representation for specifying the transfer coding is an
  OPTIONAL attribute information item with the following Infoset
  properties:

Should be:

  The XML representation for specifying the transfer coding is an
  OPTIONAL attribute information item for the input, output, infault
  and outfault EIIs with the following Infoset properties:
