Part 1: DTD as the schema language for WSDL

Section E.1 reads:

  A DTD may be used as the schema language for WSDL.

and then:

  The prefix, dtd, used throughout the following is mapped to the
  namespace URI "http://www.example.org/dtd/".

It is not clear whether this whole section is provided for real use,
which seems like it according to the level of details, or as an
example, which the example namespace URI suggests.

I would suggest picking a real URI on www.w3.org for this section.
