Commerce One's IP Statement
"Commerce One Operations Inc does not believe that it holds any patents that
apply to the work of the WS Choreography Working Group although it has not
conducted a patent search related thereto. However, if Commerce One should
hold a patent pertinent to the work of the WS Choreography Working Group
then Commerce One agrees to license any essential patents that solely relate
to the work of the WS Choreography WG on Royalty-Free terms (to be provided
at the time of license) to all implementers, whether or not they are Members
of the W3C.
 
Commerce One Operations Inc. also hereby grants all members of the WS
Choreography group who desire to license Commerce One's WS Choreography
Specification (the "Specification") published at
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-archive/2003Jun/att-0023/WS_Choreogr
