Gary, Regarding Issue 1108 [1]. As a result of this issue, the working group agreed to clarify the spec. The calrification can be found in the issue log [1], and was agreed by the workging group at its meeting on 28 Feb/1 March 2005 [2] Please let the Working Group know if this resolution [1] is acceptable or not as soon as possible.
