A while ago I put out a concrete set of rules for using MAPs in WSDL 
MEPs [1], saying "I believe that the rules below will cover both 
synchronous and asynchronous forms of the existing WSDL MEPs." I don't 
believe I ever heard any reply concerning it.  Shall I assume everyone 
has read it and agrees it will cover everything :-)?
