IBM Public Client Refreshed

Hi all,
The IBM public client[1] has been refreshed, adding tests 1170 and 1270 
and an option to set the ReplyTo address so you can route the 
non-anonymous response messages through a capture tool. If you do this you 
should make that tool forward the message back to the endpoint otherwise 
the app will sit around waiting to receive the reply for a while before 
sending the next message.
This hasn't undergone rigorous testing so there may be problems.... if you 
have problems please get in touch and I'll do my best to fix it.
