http://whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/#processing says:

# HTTP 300 Multiple Choices responses should be handled automatically if
# possible (treating the responses as if they were 302 Moved Permanently

# treated as HTTP 404 responses.

"302 Moved Permanently" should probably either say "301 Moved
Permanently" or "302 Found".
