alvestrand has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/webrtc-encoded-transform: == API for processing keyframe requests in JS == In discussion at the October 2023 interim, it was suggested that the API for handling incoming keyframe requests in #186 was something that should be separated into its own PR, since it's separable functionality and seemed to have interesting use cases. This bug is filed to track that separation, and linking to use cases where appropriate. Tagging @youennf for elaboration of use case, if needed.
