I don't see where the spec is unclear here. [removeTrack](http://w3c.github.io/webrtc-pc/#dom-rtcpeerconnection-removetrack) says what it does *in detail*—sets [[SenderTrack]] and [[Direction]] and triggers negotiationneeded—and it doesn't say anything about resetting sender parameters. I don't think we need to call out what it doesn't do, so I'm closing this.
