I remember dom mentioning in Lyon that we should name the folder after their spec name, so that people starting from the spec and looking for the corresponding test would have a bijection. Is that a "rule" we want to follow? One spec, one folder, if i remember correctly. Separately, I remember youenn saying that we should keep all of webrtc 1.0 well identified so that we can give higher priority on those.
