Hi PhistucK,

Thanks for the note.

In the last weeks, we did set in place a watchdog system that ensures
that apache is running, and restarts it when it isn’t responding. It
checks at every 2 minutes if the site is running.

Its not perfect, its more of a bandaid than anything, but down times
never lasts more than two minutes.

I have something in the works that I have plans to deploy by Tuesday.

It will be a complete upgrade of MediaWiki, all cleaned up, without any
non source-controlled edits.
