Review Web Payments Steering Group Charter

Hello, My name is Kyungho Cho and I am working for a company named NBREDS
in South Korea. The CEO of NBREDS (Danny Jeong) delegated authority to me
in dealing with W3C’s Web Payment Standard. So, I ask to put me in the
group as a delegate of NBREDS so that I can deal with every single issues
through the group email.

We(NBREDS) reviewed the charter and welcome the initiation of Web Payment
Standardization. We believe this would change and help people whoever make
payments on the Web.

NBREDS mainly focused to look up the first and second section and we agree
with the entire charter. We only have a few minor comments on the charter.

In the one of the IG’s tasks, It would be good to clarify whether there is
any specific categories of "use cases" that could be in more focus. We
reviewed J.Potvin’s edited PDF comment file. Most of our thought was
represented within the comment. Moreover, In regard with using the term
crypto-currency, we also think using the term non-traditional currencies
could be better because it could apply to non-fiat money, digital, virtual
and crypto currencies and etc.

We would like to encourage the group and keep to work in the process of Web
Payment Standard.

Best Regards,

Kyungho Cho
