RE: A first draft of the future Web Payments Interest group is available for comments

Hi!

I've read http://www.w3.org/2014/04/payments/webpayments_charter.html and
current comments.

Generally charter text is ok.

I have just a small comment about the following statement in Deliverables:
<Minimize risk in identifying users by: Building on top of the Web
Cryptography API implemented by all major browsers.> - probably at this
point we shouldn't state to use a technology, implemented in browsers but
not necessary in native apps, that also could use the deliverables of
Standard, as a base. For me a statement like "Minimize risk in identifying
users with Web Cryptography API (implemented by all major browsers),
hardware tokens, smartcards, biometrics, mobile, 2nd factor authentication,
etc.> sounds better.
