Re: do we meet at TPAC 2014?

Thank you Steph for this thoughtful consideration.

I would not want any new member to the W3C (in particular banks, payment
processors and other financial institutions, say from the Asia Pacific or
elsewhere) to feel disadvantaged at not being able to participate fully in
any decision making next month pending procedural inertia or
misunderstanding.
