[Agenda] Proposed Payment Service Provider Stakeholder Gathering

Dear Web Payments members:

We should have a meeting to discuss the interests of the “Payment Service
Provider” stakeholder group.

Here’s a draft agenda:

* Goals of this effort (to hear needs and priorities of PSPs and organize IG
discussion at TPAC)
* How to we reach out audience (e.g., lists of companies, associations,
newsletters, etc.)
* What questions do we want to ask them? How can we organize those questions
(are there main themes
   we should be sure to cover)?
* What is our plan, then to have these discussions, including:
    - next meeting of this little group
    - timeline for our deliverables
    - who is doing what actions, including leading discussion during TPAC
