Here's a diff-marked copy of changes from July 9th 2015 to today, which is when the latest round of edits started. I suggest people look at this if you want to see what changed since the face-to-face: http://manu.sporny.org/tmp/wpig/wpay-charter-diff-20150709.html It looks like a Christmas tree, but it does show the bits of the charter that didn't change quite clearly. :P Re-reading the entire charter might be the best option.
