The meeting minutes for today's publication administrivia telecon are here: http://www.w3.org/2015/07/17-wpay-minutes.html We discussed whether or not the credentials work should be mentioned in the charter. We also discussed how security should be integrated into the charter. There is now a plan to get the document to W3M and then publication to the broader W3C membership by early August. The use cases have been updated and we will be asking the chairs to publish the document on Monday as a Working Draft.
