Hello everyone:

Manu introduced a set of concrete steps we're trying to use to get to  f2f agenda finalization:

We also introduced the "stakeholders" page, and how we plan to use that for some portion of agenda planning.  Patrick also introduced a set of "Draft Questions" to help make sure that topics are at the right level (list is a WIP):

All IG members should continue to review the timeline and figure out how they can engage.
