meet at Technical Plenary?

Hello Webizen afficionados -

I wonder if any of you will be at the W3C TPAC (aka Technical Plenary), the last week of October, in Santa Clara, CA (Silicon Valley), and who would be interested to have an informal Webizen meeting on Friday, Oct. 31st?

The TPAC is an annual week-long event at which most W3C Working Groups hold their face-to-face meetings, all at the same time and place. The goal is to enable cross-fertilization and sharing between groups, as needed. The membership meeting (aka "Advisory Committee" or "AC") meeting is held in the same week, at the same location.

In this year's agenda, every day has a block of "free" time in which particpants can schedule whatever meetings they want. I thought we might use all or part of that time (11:00-15:00) to chat about Webizen possibilities on Friday. Since the meeting is being held in a Marriott hotel, it seems as if it'd be easy for non-W3C members to show up, if in the area.

If others are interested to do this, I'd like to try for agreement on a day/ time, as it may affect my/your travel plans.

I apologize if this has already been suggested, and I missed it. If yes, clue me in.

Thanks - Ann
