In my travels, considering how to support all such things webizen / webcivics / WebWeWant - i considered the membership price, in global terms - perhaps requires some sort of price-indexing, as exampled by the BigMac Index [1], as to ensure accessibility and support of individuals from different territories, etc.

The principle of the ‘big mac index’, is that the cost of a big-mac in different countries is relatively equal in local currency, for affordability purposes.  Given the Webizen program is about individuals, perhaps this is an important consideration.
