W3C Meeting in Sao Paulo (October 13th) - Meeting Location & Info

Hello working group,

The W3C working group meeting will be at the Google Sao Paulo office on
Tuesday @ 10AM (BRT) Sao Paulo time.

:::: Joining remotely ::::

For those who are unable to attend in person (we will miss you), please use
the following Hangouts link to join. If you send me your email address
(one that is backed by a Google Account or Gmail address), I could invite
you in advance.

:::: Attending in person ::::

If you are planning on attending in person, please let me know such that I
can pre-register you in advance (both with the office building and Google).

As traffic can be heavy in Sao Paulo and the building will take a bit
longer to enter (~10 min), please plan ahead.

Google Maps shows that driving from the Conference venue / nearby hotel can
take up to 50 minutes. Thus, to play it safe, you might want to leave the
hotel by 9AM. There will be plenty of coffee for those who arrive early.

Here is the address of the office:

Google Sao Paulo
18º Andar, Av. Brg. Faria Lima, 3477 - Itaim Bibi, São Paulo - SP, 04538-133

When you arrive at the building, try and take the escalator to the first
floor. On the first floor, you will need to pass through the main lobby
reception (for access to the building). Once you have made it past the
gates, take an elevator to the 18th floor as follows. Find elevator "P" (a
safe bet), enter the floor number (18) from the control panel outside of
the elevator. Upon arriving at the floor, look for the Google lobby. If
you do not see me or a fellow Googler, ask the Google lobby receptionist to
IM me.

I will likely update the instructions tomorrow, in an effort to simplify
things. If you are staying at one of the main hotels, see if you can share
a ride with a Googler, which would really speed up entering the building,
picking up a guest badge, and then finding the conference room which is on
the 19th floor. Just send me an email tomorrow and I will try and connect
you with someone.

Thank you,
David
