I doubt it. I'd expect the proportion of users who have any interest whatsoever in this question will always be tiny. Users just want to see the page; they don't care how it's created or whether all resources are being used appropriately.

Font designers and vendors may well want to check this, of course.

Relatively low, yes; "what's it called" and "where can I get it/how can I use it" would be higher. (But I'd think that vendors might like to see "who made it" being routinely presented alongside these other pieces of information.)
