During the CSS3 Font Module session in LA last Wednesday, Tom Phinney 
(Extensis) and Adam Twardoch (Bitstream) suggested that it be a 
conformance requirement for WOFF user agents to be able to handle both 
TTF and CFF OpenType fonts. Vlad mentioned that the OFF spec includes 
multiple conformance levels in this regard, which gave me the idea that 
we might be able to reference one of these in the WOFF spec.
