Dear all,

As decided few weeks ago [1], the editor has added a note in order to mention to make sure that all currently defined format stays described in the specification, as normative, and invite the developers and implementers to look at the test cases in order to check which level of interoperability is expected on those formats.

This is a CfC in order on the suggested note by the editor, as described in this pull request https://github.com/mwatson2/webcrypto/commit/16164bcbe607aac948245c8200c39eb8383c6089

Thanks for answering before the 24th of Oct, EOB, by a +1 if you support this change and -1 if you object to it.
