Minutes from June 27th

- Everything going well so far for Charles, should be finished by end of
July except:
- Jim working on import/export, need DER/BER resolution (Ryan Hurst
proposal hasn't materialized?)
- Need unwrap/wrapping tests to be done
- Microsoft's implementation is a bit behind, particularly as regard
error messages.
- Google and Mozilla seem the same except Google's lack of support for
192-bit AES keys.
- Let's devote some of the July 11th meeting to the tests, and making
sure browser vendors agree.
