corrections to 2.0 errata

Hi Thierry,

While working on the 2.0 errata in OASIS, I found a handful of trivial 
editorial errors.  I have corrected them at:

E02:  link to external dtd needed to go to the one-and-only normative 
version, at OASIS.

E03, E04, E06, E07:  The *text* of each reference to Chapter 6 (PPF) 
started like "4.x.y" instead of "6.x.y".  The actual href was correct.  I 
fixed all of these.

Can you please republish the document?
