Another question we have is what to call the merged draft to distinguish
it from the drafts? 

I'll let Wendy chime in on copyright re FIDO 2.0. I'm OK with any name
personally, ditto re credentials.

I chose "Web Authentication" as a name for the Working Group so one idea
would be to call the merged spec: "Web Authentication: API, Signature
Format, and Key Attestation Format.

That being said, naming specs and parts of specs is a perfect excuse for
an infinite amount of good-old fashioned bike-shedding so maybe we make
this decision at our next call after we keep discussing :)
