Hi Richard, I was going to give the merge a shot. Yes - a simple concat (perhaps pooling all the intros together, and moving the extensions from the signature spec out toward the end, but nothing more than that), and as a PR and then ask the list what they thought. I probably won't get to it until the weekend, though. Jeff - I wasn't planning on moving from respec to bikeshed. If we want to do that, maybe in a separate step? Dirk.
