This a reminder for everyone using this mail list to please use this  
list for *Technical* only discussions and to use it consistently  
with: a) the principles in the following (Draft) document - N.B. the  
"Respect" principle; and b) the W3C's Process document - N.B. the  
participation requirement of "social competence" [1]:
