[ Sorry for the cross-posting but some of WebApps' "Test Facilitators"
are not subscribed to public-webapps-testsuite (as they should be) ... ]
As you may know, Dominique maintains a "Standards for Web Applications
on Mobile" document [Doc] that enumerates various specs that are
relevant in a "mobilecontext", and the data includes several of WebApps'
specs. Each spec in this inventory hasa "Test suite" summary with values
{N/A, None, Early draft, Started, Just Started, Well Started, Good
Coverage, Full coverage}. As I understand it, Domoften determines this
value via some investigating/diggingand he would prefer if the WGs
provided the data.Additionally, I think including Test Suite status in
WebApps' [PubStatus] document would be useful.
Re the values used for the status, we could use something like Dom has
done. Another option is to just use percentages. I am indifferent as to
how the status is documented so support for either of these or
otherproposals are welcome.
SoTF's, here is what I think is thestatus of your test suite(s) and
please note I am guessing for most of these. Please check your data and
provide your best estimate. In the absence of any feedback from you, I
will update PubStatus with these "guestimates":
Odin: CORS(100%)
Hallvord: Clipboard (50%)
Aryeh: DOM4 (50%)
Alex: D3E (75%), IDB (90%), Web Messaging (75%)
Kris: File API (20%), Web Sockets (75%)
Mike: IME (0%), URL (0%)
Vincent: PointerLock (0%)
Jungkee: ProgressEvents (100%)
Chaals: SelectorsAPI v1 (100%), Selectors API v2 (?)
Tina: SSE (50%)
Dimitri: Shadow DOM (?)
Sebastian: Web app format (0)
Travis: Web IDL (25%)
Greg: Web Intents (0%)
Jong-Heun: Web Storage (100%)
Simon: Web Workers (50%)
Julian: XHR (50%)
Of course any otherstatus you want to provide for your test suite will
be appreciated.
Lastly, we still have about ten specs with no Test Facilitators. Ifyou
can fill one of these voids, please let me know.
-Thanks, Art
