Seeking status and plans for Web Messaging test suite

Hi Alex,

What is the status and next steps for the Web Messaging test suite?

Do you consider Microsoft's submission [1] sufficient to test the CR's 
exit criteria? Is there any reason why we should not start a formal 
review of those tests now?
