They are checked in. Ms2ger has helped converting some of the worker tests  
(thanks!).

http://simon.html5.org/dump/jsframework.js is the old framework.

Tests (some are converted already):

http://w3c-test.org/webapps/WebSockets/tests/submissions/Opera/

Also note that some tests might not be up-to-date with the current  
specifications.
