Re: [w3c/manifest] Proposal: Display Mode 'standalone-no-ui' (#659)

Removing the top bar and making it up to the PWA to paint and add buttons and drag area, feels a bit dangerous.

- Probably bad for accessibility and predictability
- Might make some kinds of phishing easier
- How to make sure it looks good on all platforms (chrome os has 3 buttons, a kebab menu and shows icons for permissions like geolocations, plus shows the URL of the app temporarily) (windows additionally has a back button)
- It seems that theme color solves most of this

This is what is possible on Chrome OS today:
