That already happened... what about bookmarking (for example, the star icon on Chrome URL bar)? Do you want browsers to stop allowing your website to be bookmarked? Same with "reader view" or similar stuff. UAs are already offering actions for your content. At least we have this spec, there is nothing available for bookmarking or 'reader mode view' unfortunately.

The web app manifest defines what options do we have for how to treat "installation", so if a browser supports the spec I don't see a problem with the "install" action offering within the UA user interface.
