https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/search?q=Unforgeable&case=true&regexp=false&path=dom%2Fwebidl%2F suggests that apart from whatever is going on with Location (stringifier?) there are no special operations that are Unforgeable.

In fact, apart from Location bits it's only readonly attributes that are unforgeable.
