[heycam/webidl] Best practices for specifications listing internal slots of objects (#487)

Not sure if this repo is the right place to file this issue, but is there a recommendation for how web specifications should note their internal slots? Part of me wants to list the internal slots in the `interface`, as if this were a C++ header file. Would that be crazy to add to WebIDL?
