[whatwg/xhr] Clean up remaining MIME type usage (#175)

Once `overrideMimeType()` and `send()` `Content-Type` manipulation are addressed, there will still be some MIME types in the specification that haven't been touched and updated to use the new MIME Sniffing Standard conventions.
