Re: [webcomponents] Consider exposing Shadom DOM and Custom Elements only in secure contexts (#449)

I belive it should be more important to make the Web Components easy to use by non-technical users. Someone who knows only HTML should be able to import the component and use it right away without getting into any technical details regarding the used protocols or relative URLs.
