@jyasskin To answer your question, if you drop the last handle (stream) then you have to re-prompt, unless you have persistent permission, so says [the spec](https://w3c.github.io/mediacapture-main/archives/20160222/getusermedia.html#source-stopped) (From February [before the still-confusing permissions spec integration](https://github.com/w3c/mediacapture-main/issues/387)).

@marcoscaceres may have been thinking of [bug 1270572](https://bugzil.la/1270572) which is different.
