Re: [dom] Spec for DOMTokenList stringifier disagrees with every single implementation (#105)

Update steps for method like add(), remove() and toggle() is still in onboard? All browser don't do this now. 

And second, any plans add to DOMTokenList/DOMSettableTokenList other serialising variant (attribute or method) or iterator will be the only way to output all tokens from object?
