Re: [touch-events] Some dictionary members don't display properly (#31)

Found the same issue here https://github.com/w3c/respec/issues/295 but closed due to deprecating and won't fix.

So what do we do, leave it, try a pull request or rewrite using new `<pre class="idl">` syntax (might take some time)?
