Re: [ServiceWorker] Can we replace event.default() with something less magic? (#607)

By some (only navigation as far as I know). E.g. a fetch for a worker or shared worker can follow redirects just fine. I'd assume we follow them for service workers too (although not strictly a client in the same sense).
