Re: [url] Import Node.js tests (#42)

All but the last one appear to be HTTP, not URL tests.

 * auth tests basic auth
 * search tests that search parameters aren't lost in the process
 * post tests POST method
 * path test that path isn't lost in the process
 * only-support-http-https is clearly a HTTP specific test
 * basic tests request headers and GET method
